We have devoted this section of our website to help our customers make an informed choice. Below are questions to ensure your painting project goes smoothly, is performed in a professional manner and you receive a great customer experience.

1. How do I ensure the job will be done correctly the first time around? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions we pride ourselves in doing the "right things right." This is evident in our estimating process as we not only provide you an estimate for your project but we also provide you with a Project Details Document (provide link to document here) which walks each customer through the process of "how" the job will be performed.

2. Do you have any complaints filed with the BBB? Show Details(...)

Answer: We are proud to say we do not have complaints filed with the BBB. In fact, 100% of our business is’ word of mouth’ from satisfied customers.

3. Do you require an advance deposit for your project? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions does not require an advance deposit for small to medium size jobs. Our objective is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the job performed before payment. For large-scale jobs, a minimum deposit may be required for the purchase of materials.

4. What guarantee do you have that you will be on time for my project? Show Details(...)

Answer: We know that you have better things to do than wait for a painter to show up at your home. At Three | Sixty Solutions timeliness is a CORE VALUE – we strive for 100% on time performance.

5. How accurate is the estimating process for projects? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions, we provide formal written quotes which outline the cost of materials and labor required for all steps of the project. In addition, each estimate includes a Project Details Document. If we see there will be additional costs we will first discuss this with the client before any billing occurs. Once we are all in agreement a formal change request will be processed.

6. What type of professional painters works for your company? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions, we only hire “top-rated” professional painters. We will always personally know any workers who will support your project. Before the job gets started we introduce our professional painters to our clients and ensure we have a "right-fit."

7. Do you have a code of conduct that your professional painters abide by? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions, we do have a code of conduct that we expect our painters to follow. All painters have completed a Three | Sixty Solutions Code of Conduct training prior to working on any project. Specifically we hire painters who consistently display superior customer service skills, cleanliness and who do not play loud music or smoke in or around your property.

8. How do you communicate with your customers? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions, we will identify the best method of communication with our customers at the beginning of each project. This could be via the customer’s wireless phone, email or other forms of media. Whatever, the method of communication we will support it!

9. How are your customers kept up-to-date on the status of the project? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions, we provide our customers with detailed updates regarding their project. At the beginning of the project we will define a Project Status Plan. Depending on the project, this may be daily, weekly, or whatever the customer requires. We want the customer to know at all times where we are at with the project. Here is what is included in the Project Status Plan:

i. Itemized List of Painters Activities for that day
ii. Itemized List of Next Days Activities
iii. Project Percentage Complete
iv. Contact Information
v. Notification of Changes to the Project (if necessary)

10. Do you provide post-project inspection? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions, we conduct detailed post-project inspections. Upon completion of the inspection, a final report will be provided to the customer.

11. Do you have a guarantee for the work performed? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions, we guarantee our work – no questions asked! Here is our Three | Sixty Solutions guarantee:

i. We arrive to the job site on-time.
ii. We guarantee our work for two years. We come back to the job site FREE of CHARGE if there is a problem – no questions asked.
iii. We contact you to do a check-up after the first year to ensure you are completely satisfied.
iv. We document and communicate changes to the original scope of the project so there are no hidden surprises!
v. We only use quality products.

12. How long will it be before you can start work on my project? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions, we know that everyone has busy schedules and it is our goal to meet your scheduling needs. In general, you should allow approximately one to two weeks once we have agreed upon the scope of your project.

13. Are you licensed, bonded, AND insured? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions, we are all three of these. We are "licensed" with the State of Washington and can legally do business in this state. We are "bonded" and have secured additional funds for your protection. Finally, we are "Insured" to protect the customer and our company.

14. Do you have customer references? Show Details(...)

Answer: At Three | Sixty Solutions, we do have customer references and we pass those references along to prospective customers.
